Summer/Fall Study Group – Program Information

The Texas Gulf Coast Chapter of PayrollOrg (TGCCP) is pleased to announce its upcoming Summer/Fall Study Group session.

Program Overview

This study group will cover content from the 2026 Payroll Source Book and is intended to support individuals preparing for certification or expanding their payroll knowledge.

Participants will need access to the 2026 Payroll Source Book. If you do not already have one, it can be purchased through PayrollOrg: (https://payroll.org/certification/study-tools/the-payroll-source).

Schedule

The program consists of six in-person sessions, held every other Saturday:

  • June 27
  • July 11
  • July 25
  • August 8
  • August 22
  • September 5

Each session will run from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM, including breaks and a working lunch.

Continuing Education

Attendees who hold CPP or FPC certifications may earn Recertification Credit Hours (RCHs) based on attendance.

Participant Preparation

To support an effective learning experience, participants are encouraged to come prepared with:

  • 2026 Payroll Source Book
  • Notebook
  • Pencils
  • Standard calculator (no graphing calculators)
  • Lunch (a kitchenette with refrigerator, microwave, and sink will be available; limited items are also available for purchase onsite)
  • Water bottle (refill station available)

Active participation, preparation, and engagement are encouraged throughout the program.
